One Thing At A Time

‘One Thing At A Time’ Poem Collection

By George GriffithsPublished 5 years ago 1 min read

When there’s so much going on we tend to do things wrong; we forget how important we are, we forget to take some time to do something for ourselves.

When there’s a lot on our minds, we get lost in thought, fighting our minds for control. One thing at a time, rewind - you’ll take back your soul.

It’s ok if you’re low and you’re not sure why step back and look at what you’re doing; is it too much? Don’t overload yourself because you’re too nice to say no.

One thing at a time.

We all need some help looking after ourselves sometimes, and that’s fine, there has to be a point that we draw a line.

One thing at a time.

One thing at a time, that’s how you should take life. If work, home life or assignment deadlines all start to make you tired - look at yourself and check if you’re alright.

Get an early night; do things that you like! Look after your heart and mind.

One thing at a time.
