What this moment right here is showing

The essence of being present in the here and now

Unveils the true beauty of why and how

Why had I not noticed before

How I could keep a bit to store

So years from now it would be there

To take down from the cupboard and stare

Sinking deep into one moment in time

Cherishing the fact that it was all mine

Yet knowing that it could not be true
