Once Upon A Time Again

What becomes is what is.

By Jessica GieniPublished 5 years ago 1 min read

Once upon a time again,

The clock went tick and then striked when,

The gates were locked, there was no pen?

Once upon a time again,

It started with a little fire,

Turned into fire that could conspire,

The fire forced you to walk the wire,

It started such a little fire,

Counting down to just begin,

But less was more and good caused sin,

They weren't without, just trapped within,

Count down, 5, 4, 3, 2, begin,

Open up and turn the page,

Not more than puppets on a stage,

But even puppets can feel rage,

Do you dare to turn the page?

Once upon a time again,

No safe words, no screaming when,

The page that flipped skipped straight to then,

Upside down in time again.
