Introduction
This is from an idea from a very close Vocal friend, because the cicadas are very loud at the moment.
You can expect to see annual cicadas, also known as "dog-day cicadas" or "jarflies," during August in North America, as this is their peak emergence period alongside July.
The music is "Cicada" by Temples
The form I have chosen is a Butterfly Cinquain as its shape is that of a winged insect

Fantastic. I love cicadas.
I can't even imagine trying to get my words into the shape of a butterfly! Well done!!!
Oh wow I love how ypu matched the shape of the cicada to the type of poem! Very clever!
Beautiful nature poem!!!โค๏ธโค๏ธ๐
I actually like this sound for it reminds me that it's time for Back-to-School. Really like the image with the purple words or it just seems natural. Good job..
We don't have that bug in our area. Your poem help me imagine what it looks like and its flying traits.
They are very scary to me ๐ ๐ Loved your poem!
