Ode to Taco Joe
A poem in honor of Happy Joe's Taco Pizza, now that it's closed in my hometown.

I'll miss seeing you again my friend, your sight did make me smile,
The savory mixture of things on top of you was such a delicious taste,
At times I swear I could smell your sweet aroma, even from as far away as a mile,
And I'd dream of your crust in my hand, waiting to touch you with haste,
Oh to hear the sound of your crunch as I bite through those tortilla chips one last time, for a while
