The beauty of your breadth

A wonder to behold

Tantalizing the senses

Ambrosia extolled

Curving of edges

Light shinning through

So shapely the bottles

Aglow in rich hue

Lively the paint

Shiny the gold

Twisted and turned

Silver and scrolled

Cool to my fingers

Smooth is the glass

Crisp edges on labels

Such artistry and class

Clink of a cap

Twist of a top

Peeling off wax

Cork as it pops

Sweetness and sour

Or bitter on the tongue

Smokey and savory

Fruity notes far flung

Floral and earthy

A spiced herbal note

Dancing on your palate

Warming your throat

Sharp is the aroma

Of ethanol as it mingles

The air in your nostrils

It tickles and tingles

A tiny taste of that

A slight sip of this

Too many to choose

Such variety of bliss

So fancy a brandy

Perhaps vodka or gin

Maybe tequila

Will make your head spin

Wine and beer

To savor at night

Whiskey and rum

To bring delight

Oh, liquor! Oh, liquor!

I could partake each day

And never grow tired

Of your marvelous ways
