A poem inspired by the month of October

Do you hear that?

The way the October wind rustles through the changing leaves?

The way it rattles the branches whispering it's here?

Feel that?

That chill in the air when the wind picks up

Sweater pulled closer, catching you by surprise?

See how the colors of summer,

the leafy greens and ocean blues

transform into the colors of autumn

The golden yellows of the harvested fields,

the crimson reds and fiery oranges of the leaves

October is here

Do you feel another chill in the air?

Take a moment. It's not just the wind

It's a haunting kind of chill

in which the October nights hide all kinds of eerie mysteries

Where skeletons and witches and other spooky creatures mingle

And if you listen closely on a certain October night,

you'll feel the magic comes alive

Yes I love the breeze that comes in and the leaves 🍂 that be on the ground. Such a lovely October poem.
