Please put down that guitar!

Stop playing those catchy tunes,

You're only young,

And it's forbidden to attract us older ones,

Leave us in gloom,

Our musical ancestors must fade into doom,

Because you're not allowed to represent legends

from our past,

It's forbidden,

Because they are older than you!

Parents beware,

Your children will despair,

If they find you listening to this

young heartthrob today!

From my fellow elders,

We are sorry,

But we must quit,

Because, Nope!

We are not allowed to listen to your music,

According to your young fans,

But who are they kidding?

Music is for everyone,

We're going to declare ourselves forever fans,

When the young take us to court!

Written with humor for all those young fans expressing their distaste at us older fans for enjoying the music of this talented, young artist below!

Who wouldn't love the wonderful talent of YungBlud, anyway?

This talented young man has a special place in my heart and in my musical life.

He is another who sits at the top of my most loved artists because his songs also get me through those bad days when I am really struggling with my mental health.

I would break under my own feelings if it wasn't for YungBlud. I still have days when the echoes of bullying ring through my mind, because the bullying I suffered in my childhood and young adulthood was brutal, and it also distorted how I see myself physically and as a person.

He is one of my closest reminders of Ozzy Osbourne.

I am still grieving the loss of Ozzy, whom I crowned my 'Mental Health King.'

I have been a fan of Ozzy and Black Sabbath since my early teen years.

My teens and young adult years were not the easiest, as many of you know through my stories. They were full of violence, trauma, and emotional bullying, and the consequences were not pretty.

I spent all of these years not knowing who I was, and hating myself because I didn't have many friends I could trust, or consider real friends. I also spent these years thinking I was unlovable, because every boyfriend I met abused me both violently and physically.

Ozzy and Black Sabbath's music were things that comforted me, just like MeatLoaf, on days when I reached breaking point.

YungBlud's music does the same for me today.

I see a lot of Ozzy's spirit in him, and that serves to let me know he is still around.

YungBlud always reminds me to look after myself, and to continue being that loving and caring person I know I am, underneath the pain and heartbreak from my past and in my present. He gets me through the scary changes I am facing in my life as a carer, wife, and person, by reminding me that I am not 'worthless' or 'useless' as the voices that haunt my head would like me to believe.

I am 49 years old, but mentally I am younger because I did not develop physically or mentally as others my age did.

I hate my world some days, and I love my world on others.

I have days when I will try to force myself to act and look older, because I get embarrassed when people think I am younger.

Those people might see my young side 'gift,' as I have been told.

However, I try to embrace it, but for me, it is a real struggle because I don't fit into my generation or the younger generation.

However, music is there for all to enjoy. There are no age limits on the enjoyment of music.

I have always been seen as 'that girl' who listens to every type of music, whether the artist is young or old.

I can't be the only one!

I will end this article with a reminder of the love Ozzy wanted us to spread.
