I.

Nobody reads a poem

about a home.

Nobody cares for a prose

about a rose.

II.

The world is mean

Just an angry scene.

Disorders reign

in this world of pain.

III.

And in this troubled time

Nobody cares for this rhyme.

IV.

They go on

until the crack of dawn.

While they long

for a forgotten song.

V.

Disorder is here

And nothing’s clear.

Just words with a rhyme

But no meaning this time.

VI.

Missing amongst it seems

are its themes.

Pretty words

But for the birds.

VII.

Words don’t matter

In this mindless chatter.

It makes a lot of noise

with little poise.

VIII.

So, pretty word sounds

such emptiness abounds.
