My Mixed-Up Head

Over thinking causes problems I can work out alone

My Mixed-Up Head

Thoughts collide like storms inside me,

voices twisting into confusion.

Truth and fear blur together,

and the walls of my mind feel too small.

Memories flash like broken mirrors,

each shard reflecting a different me.

I try to gather them into shape,

but they scatter the moment I reach.

The world expects clarity, a single path,

yet my mind spins with endless possibilities.

I stumble through the fog of indecision,

searching for some solid ground.

Step by uncertain step, I keep walking,

trusting that confusion itself can teach.

One day the chaos may make sense,

but for now, I endure the storm within.

We all just take one day at a time and remember to breathe even at this time of year. Good job.
