Mother Nature

My Role

By Grace KentPublished 5 years ago 1 min read

Black in a spiral formation

Moving to the tune of migration

Pink in it’s petal and

green in it’s stem

Steady and rhythmic like growth in the wild

Brown in it’s body and

autumnal in it’s leaves

As free as nature

I have a right to look after this planet and

everything vulnerable that grows here

Mother so beautiful

Children so selfish

The sun is setting in it’s purple and orange

Reflecting of my soul in the sun’s ever non absent nature

Atone for your wrong doings and

find inner peace

with gold

Remember it’s never too late

and you’re never too old

About the Creator

Grace Kent

Hi, I’m Grace, I am trying to be more confident in my writing, but how can I unless I share?

Writing has been a passion of mine for a long time and it’s taking some guts for me to put it out there, but I’m excited.

I hope you enjoy my work!
