I follow The Enchanted Booklet on Facebook and often use the images that they share as inspiration for stories.
I can't think of a story to go with this, but it has an almost pagan magical pull.
I was going to just say how wonderful it was, then I thought I could do an ekphrastic villanelle.
The music is "Mushroom Queen" by Kinsley August. While it is not perfect for this poem, it is still a very good song, and the title fits.
