I was out running my weekly errands
Stopped at the last store for the day
Shopping for my favorite food brands
Keeping up with what I’d have to pay
I was walking down the produce aisle
Checking out the deals on potatoes
When glancing, I saw a familiar smile
Causing me to walk into the tomatoes
Slipping, I landed flat on my butt
I couldn’t believe my luck
As she walked past, whispering Tut Tut
Carefully, I stand up in the muck
As I watch her walk regally away
I’m confident no one will believe me
If I tell them I saw Mona Lisa sashay
When I went to buy lemons for my tea
