A metaphor plainly, is a figure of speech

a figurative expression or analogy

Something said to describe an object or action

a bright and colorful word painted, figurative expression

Metamorphosis starts transformations clear process

from the change of a wing down to the epidermis

A transmogrification, of remodeling conversions

into a whole different construction and unique variations

Metephor-phosis I know, is not technically a word

it's an explanation of why some think me, absurd

Mixing the meanings to display the distinct stages

in the warped mind of a woman circling middle-ages

To tell a story or legend, saga, tale or myth

you may want to smoke or drink a fourth of a fifth

For any of this to have a chance to make sense

Get drunk off your ass and laugh at my expense

slam poetry

It will have to be a fifth or fourth of either water or tea for me. But if your mind is warped, it's warped in all the best ways.
