Welcome.

Come in, take a seat.

Lay back, relax and get comfortable.

Okay now, take a breath...

in through the nose, hold it,

1 2 3 - and release,

out through the mouth.

Good.

Shoulders back, as you inhale -

1 2 3.

And now, exhale.

Feel your ribs expanding, taking in the good,

releasing the bad.

Again.

Breath in.....

1 2 3 - hold, and release.

Alright now, Let's concentrate on relaxing your body.

Breath in, and out, that's right.

1 2 3 - holding, and exhale.

So cleansing, so peaceful.

Feel your arms becoming limp and falling to your side.

Breathe.

Close your eyes, let every muscle in your face relax.

Very good. Release.

Keep breathing,

1.

Feel your shoulders begin to soften as you count.

2.

Your stomach is sinking into the sofa.

3.

Let every thought escape your mind.

You are completely relaxed and comfortable.

Breathe deep, and hold it, yes, very good.

Imagine yourself floating.

1 2 3 - and out.

See yourself resting, relaxing.

Let your mind go to that special place.

Your secret escape.

In - 1 2 3. Exhale.

Breathe out - anxiety.

No worries exist here, nice.

Breathe again, slower, deeper.

Each breath, cleansing - erasing - creating.

1 - 2 - 3.....

New, untouched, tranquil.

Exhale.

Okay, are you there?

Feel the calming energy taking over.

Every stress, every fear, every pressure,

moving away from your body.

Far away.

All that is left is peace.

Quiet.

Calm and comfort.

Inhale, 1 2 3, exhale.
