In stillness and silence, I find my peace,
My mind settles, my thoughts release.
Sitting in stillness, with eyes closed tight,
I breathe in deep, and let go of the fight.
The world outside fades away,
As I sink deeper into the present day.
My breath is slow, my heart beats calm,
I feel a sense of quiet, like a healing balm.
My body relaxes, and my mind grows clear,
As I let go of my worries and fears.
In this moment, there is only now,
And I am content, just being here somehow.
My thoughts may wander, but I gently bring them back,
Focusing on my breath, and keeping on track.
The rhythm of my breath, a soothing sound,
And with each exhale, my worries are drowned.
In this space, I find a sense of connection,
To the world around me, and my own reflection.
I feel a sense of peace, that words cannot describe,
As I sit in meditation, my soul comes alive.
My mind becomes a vast and open sky,
And my thoughts drift like clouds, passing by.
In this spaciousness, I find a sense of grace,
And I am filled with love, in this sacred space.
As my practice comes to an end,
I feel a sense of peace that will extend.
Into my day, and into my night,
Guiding me with its gentle light.
Meditation is a gift, that I give to myself,
A time of stillness, a time of wealth.
For in this practice, I find my true essence,
And in this moment, I find my presence.
