Sit straight in a quiet place
close your eyes
and
breathe in through your nose,
breathe out through your mouth,
focus on your breath,
let the voices come,
let them flow through your mind,
listen to what they tell you,
listen to their magical whispers,
listen to their words,
guiding you, protecting you,
meditate on them freely
because the more you do
the more you become
a divine being of light
ready for a future that's right.
Say in your mind or aloud,
'Thank you for my healthy strong body,'
'Thank you for my fulfilling life',
'For all the wonderful people who love me',
'For the joyful glory that I have in my life',
and smile graciously envisioning yourself
doing whatever you feel is right,
manifesting abundancy, ease and glory.

I like it when I can breathe through my nose, but mostly my allergies, asthma & restricted breathing simply make that an annoying and noisy effort not very conducive to meditation. Even so, I enjoyed reading this guided meditation. It's beautiful. Have you considered recording yourself reading these pieces as a guided meditation so you can embed them here & we could hear how you imagine it being read?
This is a beautifully expressed poem, along with a lovely worded meditation that we can use. Very useful for me.
