It's you, your own thoughts, your own self doubt
Don’t let that you win today

I will win against my yesterday
A new version of Me is here
Here to fight against the old me
I will be better than yesterday me
Old thoughts go away
Look at the new me smiling in the mirror
It's Me vs. Me
I can be my own worst enemy
Ain't nothing like self-destruction
Hard to come back from that
So, I will fight that part of me
The old me might try to come back, but I know how to combat

Only I can win

This is very well written. I must say this 'me vs me' battle is the hardest battle one faces but the results are truly worth it.
