Random Math Lessons in Love

By Mary E BradburyPublished 3 years ago 1 min read

With the all the zeal of the leader to a new religion,

I have spent a lifetime attempting to unravel the secret equation of love.

Thinking, if I could somehow find the math to it, then I could arrive at a conclusion.

A consistent set of rules, that when followed two people could be led to settle upon a consensus.

A formula so fool-proof that no clever trickster could upend, or dismantle the flow, I could not find.

Instead, I learned the equation can shift at anytime, giving rise to other possibilities.

Love is many things and it most certainly requires us to adjust to the influence of a higher consciousness.

Trust the plan.

About the Creator

Mary E Bradbury

I wrote my first short story at 13 and it became like breathing for me. Pages and pages of a thousand streams of consciousness. Then life got in the way. My kids are now teens and I am compelled to share them. I have to breathe again.
