Love is...
to the tune of "The Impossible Dream", refrain completed, verse the third

Let us love, though companions be few,
In humility’s hest,
As a balm, healing, comfort & calm,
Tender, sweet in love’s breast.
To lift, though your own is laid low,
To help though it’s no one you know,
Believe it will make all the difference,
To love with impossible hope.

Ahh, impossible hope. I love it!
Lovely work Randy!
Beautifully expressed and endearing poem.
This is actually stunning. It stands alone quite beautifully. Full of experience and pain and love. ❤️
Sentiment throughout is concentrated. The words which have experiences behind them a plenty to tell this tale. Thoughtfully crafted Randy!
Beautiful piece. Well done.
Hehehe! That was fun to read in tune with the song! 😄 👍 🎵
Each one of these has a certain line that sticks out to me. In this part it is “To help though it’s no one you know.” This thought has actually been on my mind quite a bit recently. As I have been thinking about what am I going to do once my mom has passed away. I have come to a conclusion as to what I will be doing. Thank you, Randy, I know this is the third part but because I did not realize that there were four parts, I read them out of order. This is the last one I’m reading and I want to thank you for writing this. You did a wonderful and beautiful insightful job with this. Thank you.
I love this ♦️💕💕♦️
Beautiful poem… selfless love💝! I used to sing “The Impossible Dream” in Primary School Choir… so majestic! I loved it!🤩
Great message, Randy!
