The Challenge and Beauty of Defining Love

I want to write,

But what do I write?

I want to explain,

But how do I explain?

The feeling of being in love is divine,

I wish I could capture it all in a line.

I want to begin,

But where do I begin?

I want to understand

But when will I understand?

Lucky are those who feel its touch,

I wish every story could thrive as such.

I want to tell you

But what do I tell you?

'I love you' is

vague these days.

I want to love you

But how do I love you?

Are there

a lot of possible ways?

Do I give you flowers or chocolates sweet?

Do I stay silent or shout it from every street?

How do I give you my eyes,

to tell you what you mean to me?

How do I tell you that,

I found where I was meant to be.

Do I wait for the right time or just let it be,

Since you'll understand without hearing from me?

Well,

I think I wrote enough!

I think an explanation is needless!

I think I began with this verse!

I think I'm understanding love!

I think I'll tell you,

how much do I love you, every day

I think I'll love you,

in my own way.

I think let's not involve the world.

I think let's keep it a secret, unheard.

I believe every story is exceptional,

I believe we don't compare to conventional,

I believe we will be together,

In every color,

now and forever.

And if we can make it through the hard times,

And if we can laugh together at our past crimes,

If we understand each other without a word,

I think that's the day we can involve the world.

But the problem, if I try to explain it,

The world won’t grasp even a bit,

Until it experiences the effect.

Believe me, this feeling is perfect,

It arrives when you least expect.

And you're finally in love if you are asking yourself:

"I want to explain

but how do I explain?"

Explanation: The initial part of the poem presents a series of questions reflecting the poet’s struggle to define and articulate the nature of love. In the latter half, the poet finds answers to these questions through personal experience. The poem explores the notion that the true essence of love cannot be fully captured in words; it is an experience understood only by those who feel it. The poem concludes with the poet reflecting on the challenge of explaining the profound nature of love.

Once I loved Devsena but she has gone and she will never come back. She has disappeared into vague so as my love.

Love is pain, highness. Anyone tells you differently, they're selling you something.

If you really love someone, you need to tell them that before it's too late

I wish I could share a phrase about love, but I don't have a particular one. I just liked how one person wished my husband and I this: "may you RISE in love". Instead of "fall" in love. :) "'I love you' is vague these days." - Beautiful line!

the poem very beautifully unlocked the hidden , nervous , mesmerising ,exiting and hopeful feelings one encounters when falls in LOVE ' ...so truely written (or ill say...sung) 💞
