Lost in Loneliness
Alone in a room where the silence screams,
I wander through echoes of broken dreams.
No voices call, no footsteps near—
Only the sound of my fading cheer.
Walls close in with each passing day,
Sunlight hides and skies turn gray.
I reach for warmth in the midnight air,
But find only shadows that aren’t really there.
Time moves slowly in this hollow space,
Where tears fall quietly, leaving no trace.
Laughter feels like a distant shore,
A place I can’t return to anymore.

I speak to stars with trembling voice,
A heart that breaks without a choice.
Hope is faint, like a flickering light,
Barely surviving the weight of night.
Yet somewhere deep beneath the pain,
A wish remains like summer rain—
That someone, someday, might see my fight,
And walk with me back into the light.
