I trace your goodbye like a wound that won't close,

Each heartbeat echoes what I can't restart—

The silent breaking of a hopeful heart.

I scream in silence, I weep in the dark,

Where laughter once lived, now sorrow leaves its mark.

The stars hold stories we never got to write,

Lost in the cold of a vanishing light.

You were my always, my never again,

The flame that burned too bright to remain.

Now all that lingers is the aching art—
