
“Wake up and smile
because there is always something
to be grateful for.”
This can be difficult to remember
because every one of us
is so busy and because life,
in general,
can be challenging.
However,
it is a very important quote
to keep in our minds every morning.
When we sit down and think about
what and who we are grateful for in our lives,
that smile will naturally come over our faces,
as well as that all important
positive attitude in our hearts.
All of this
will build up our minds
so that we can go through our busy day
with a really determined and strong frame of mind.
Gratitude is powerful
because it is so good for our mental health.
This ‘quality’
promotes the positive outlook
we need in life today.
This gratitude
is a means of maintaining
the inner peace
that we need
for personal growth and for personal well-being.
