Hey Little Green Man, I’ve waited for you,
Little Green Man, we’ve so much to get through,
Hey Little Green Man, stay focused on me,
Little Green Man, please listen to my plea.

Don’t look there! That man who beats his wife,
Don’t look there! That’s not our way of life,
Don’t listen please! That girl who curses her ‘friend’,
Don’t listen please! She’ll try to make amends
*
Hey, E.T., I know you’ve traveled wide and far,
E.T., are there dreadful wars beyond the stars?
Hey E.T., is it peaceful where you come from?
E.T., do you give your poor more food than crumbs?
*
Wait, don’t leave! This world is not all wicked!
Don’t leave! Not all vile deeds are permitted!
Wait! Don’t leave! There is much good to be shown!
Don’t leave! Our power to change is well known!
*
Let me show you mothers who dote on their child,
Let me show you those who feed homeless with smiles,
Let me show you something our people dream of,
Let me show you kindness first, tender sweet love.

Ooh, I love the sentiment of this one, a sneaky way of revealing the horrors while still able to show the alien what you want. Fantastic contrast, and I like your use of repetition at the beginning of each line and each stanza; an internal logic that makes it work like a song, almost.
