Like an actress
On her own stage

Coming back from hell
On the way
To higher destinations
Calling their names
Caught in between
In strange means
Of transport
Under unknown circumstances
Intertwined
With this life
Like a red ribbon
Hurting, stabbing, slandering, judging
Never knowing where I’m going
*
“I know, so leave me alone
My goal is arranged
The path is jarring
But it’s totally mine
So, get off
Your dirty hands
From my
Fastidiously woven dreams”
*
As I played them all out
I entered my own stage
Although with no audience
I’m here on my own
Bruised is my face
My hair will be grey soon
My skin is wrinkled
My eyesight is poor
My physique – unique
I don’t need
To be admired
My soul will never expire
Only grow stronger
Even if I die
There will always be something to talk about
I just need to make sure that
Every moment I lived mattered
For me for sure, and for others?
If they too find value in me
Then it means
It was worth living
