Light Shotgun, Color Pellets.

Light, Color, Growing Up, Individuality, The Struggle of Life - and Making it Worthwhile.

We came from a dark place, brought into light,

full of energy, imagination bright.

If everything else fell away, we’d still share color,

livin on a green n’ blue planet like no other.

Our influences shined gold as Gods growing up,

we learn nobody’s perfect as we fill our own cups.

We witness blue, green, and red-hot times in our own ways,

the sky remains the same color carrying us through every day.

Adolescence came, as we left our normal pallet,

discovered many brushes, ordered by many mallets.

So many to pick from, go with whichever is your favorite,

the way we keep painting never ceases my amazement.

We found our own schemes between ultraviolet to infrared,

60’s Blues, Green Marine, Yellow Sub, October Red.

Character forged in dark times, incomplete absorption of light,

our parents taught their best for better or worse, and that’s alright.

One thing I know for sure, in your own way - be a healthy painter,

to each our own we’ve grown, no matter size of wage or retainer.

The other thing I know, most important painting style personally,

be pragmatically positive purple serving others - to take care of family.

Take pride in what you do, chill out or paint a move,

but alone the world’s cold, so join a team or go recruit.
