Lifetime

A lifetime is only a moment

They say a lifetime feels like forever, but is it really forever if time doesn't exist?

How do you know if someone is the one?

Is it in the touch? The way they talk? The way speak? The way they share their life with you? Or maybe it's the way they make you feel when you see them after a long day, the way they smile at you like you're the shine that comes from the sun itself, maybe it's the feeling of hope, hope for something good, hope for something real, hope for something that feels like the first day you ever felt alive

A lifetime isn't a measurement of time, but a measurement of how many feelings we spend on the person we call the one, a lifetime is a week, a month, a year, 10 years, however long we choose it to be because it is only a moment, a moment in which we are the creators, a time where everything is everything and nothing is everything, a lifetime only exists in the compounds of our minds and the barriers of our hearts,

because in the end, nothing lasts forever,

It only lasts a Lifetime
