Life Is But A Dream

Rules Don't Apply Here

In dreams the rules don’t apply

Grappling - reality and myth

Grant me the wings I need to fly

And witty words of a wordsmith

Talking me in and out of trouble

With a simple turn of phrase

Reading my thoughts in "air quote" bubbles

Keeping a straight look on my face

Dreams can be interesting. Of late I've had several serial dreams, continuing them 4-5 times after awaking. One involved Drew Barrymore. Go figure, lol.

I love the poem, the picture is fan-tas-tic, Kelli

  • Dreams are adventures taking you into realms of the unknown or they can be predictions for ones future.

"In dreams, the rules don't apply." Wouldn't it be great if we could live more like life in our dreams?

Nicely done! "In dreams, the rules don't apply" might be one of my favourite lines ever.
