Our egos are our enemies,
they want to be flattered,
so we do things
that make us unhappy.
In the society we live,
comparison is rampant.
we are hierarchical,
so we don’t want,
to fall behind,
but crave to be superior.
When it's hampered,
we feel envy, jealousy,
our ego swells,
No such psychopathy,
in the bosom of nature.
We see:
the dense forest,
the swift current,
the big boulders,
the looming mountains,
the formidable glaciers,
and we feel small,
our ego shrinks.
We don’t feel,
the need to please
or rise up,
in social ranks,
we simply feel good.
We realize,
we are mortal guests,
no need to stress,
or to make it a
relentless rat race.
So, let's head to nature,
let's do ourselves,
this favor.

What a great idea. Nature is a healer of many things physical and mental. Good job.
