There is no truly happy person in this world—only those who choose to think positively. Everything in the world is healing you; only you refuse to let yourself go.

You drive yourself into depression, and you make yourself sick with anger. In the end, nothing changes except your own discomfort. So there is no need to look back, and no need to criticize yourself for past mistakes.

If you made the wrong choice, it was simply the wrong choice. Don’t keep wondering what could have happened. It is impossible for every decision in life to be "correct." Even if you were given a second chance, with the same experiences and mindset, you would likely make the same choice, leading to the same outcome.

In this life, we are just passersby in time—a process. If you refuse to let go, you imprison yourself. You cannot trap others, but you can trap yourself.

In this world, aside from life and death, everything else is insignificant. There is no need to hold grudges against others. The only true freedom is to let go of yourself.

so true, life is too short we should not waste it on regretting. I have also wrote a small blog about letting go of people who make us feel worthless meaning we should not waste our life on those people who are not right for us. Very true. Nearly all situations can either hurt or help you depending on your outlook on life.
