Sun breaks the plain,
Light, meet eyes again.
Energy pouring in,
Been feeding the living,
Since the beginning,
The world keeps spinning.
And yet we are giving,
Power and attention,
To a man,
And his intentions.
Our lives,
Their inventions.
Did I mention,
We are one in the same,
Playing this game.
They're Keeping you lame,
Tamed, in a daze.
The constant haze,
H iding the truth.
Training Our youth,
With distractions,
Like attractions,
Constant misdirection.
The lack of affection.
Negative reactions,
Violence and fear,
Keeping us near.
Afraid to slip,
Yet losing grip.
Flip the script,
Love the one,
Trust the sun.
Make the trip,
Be leaders,
Of your own ship.
