Late Night Charms Hold the Graces and Fates of Darkness Fall

Poem

Pexel Art by Liza Bakay. Sleeping Like A Vocal Writer

It's in the early hours of the day

The latest hours of the night

When moments trickle not like moonbeams

But like sequins

It's in these time our wants become fierce

Our desires complacent

The strike of the night ruptured in all forgiveness of the light that does not reach it

The forbearance of welcome is a reach instead of matters more the becoming

It's in our rising that changes dark mornings to sunshine

The blessings will be great and the light I hold in mind in each rapturous moment that gives all, takes nothing

Leaves one bare and shining
