Kind words are Powerful!
We see on the news
a world which is divided and negative,
and it is vital to ‘fight’ this
with Positive and Kind words.
A Kind word costs us nothing
and yet
it has the Power to Inspire.
When we choose to speak to others
in a Kind and Loving manner,
we ‘create’ that ripple effect
that really can change the world around us.
It is a conscious effort
to think, speak and be Kind
but well worth that little extra work
because the world around us ‘changes’
into a more
Determined and a more Confident one.
What we say to another person
can Uplift their Spirits,
Encourage him or her,
and maybe
even Help to Heal their Mind.
Let’s do our part
to make this world
a Kinder place to Live in.

Yes, a kind word does cost us nothing. I used to tell my boys, "Kindness doesn't cost you very much and smiles were free so give them away. It stand true today. This poem was nicely done!!
