To that one person with tears down their face,

I know you feel like you're running last place,

people can turn to you and make you smile,

but you know that it ain't been real for a while,

You know that one person that you can talk too,

they will be there to help you break through,

so together you can work on that frown,

and in time you will feel less down,

Now to the people who think nobodies there,

I can truly say others do care,

don't let this illness leave you all scarred,

I know that speaking up can be hard,

Coming from a girl who's been in recovery,

each new day is a new discovery,

day by day a smile more real,
