It all comes with a lesson
Day 4/30: A series where I write a poem every single day for 30 days.

A breaking soul resonates with misery
And breaking silence does weigh vulnerability
A broken heart feels broken people
And shattered soul embraces shattered pieces
Heartbreak and anguish, desolation and torment
Grind hearts raw with a clear perception
I know— nothing comes without a lesson
Heartbreak proves to be more than a blessin'
It leaves footprints of morals to learn
Of path that might lead us to right
They say bearing is the hardest part
Sometimes it might affect the tiny heart
But He says He doesn't burden a soul more than
More than it can bear, or it can mend
I'll decipher the lesson in the bitterness of this pain
What if the coded ache leaves me with gains?
Maybe the heartache wasn't all in vain!
