Whether you are before anyone in the world, if you do not have anything to pay him, there is no need to bow down or be rude. I tell you your weakness will make the other person look down on you even more. What is this? To be soft-hearted and embarrassed will only result in killing yourself. Reasoning and repulsiveness are the means to exist.

Life belongs to you and therefore it deserves to be treated with some respect. It is your life so life has to be survived and celebrated. Do not look foolish when you are alive and breathing. Do all you are capable of doing. Try and do what you can do to the best of your ability.

Some day you will realize that in any relationship you have, at one point or the other, everybody stays with you for some time only. Closer to those things and people that if someone dares leave then time will make a clown of that person.

This world does not have any empathy. You can be squeaky, dump, cry, feel blue, grumble, or even drop dead, but you have to learn to find a way to heal yourself.

If people cannot feel each other and cannot talk to each other, at least spiritually, and if they come across each other they will become strangers one day. What is valuable is to receive understanding and love with heart.

Just know that no matter how you live your life there will always be someone who will have something irresponsible to say. This world was created just once and we are told to live life to the fullest. Chinese and Western switch over; that’s what I mean but if you do not want to do that then just go ahead and do what you want to do, meet who you want to meet, travel where you want to travel, do what you want to do, try not to care about other people as much and try to focus on your own self-improvement.

At least as long as we continue to improve and move forwards down this road then, that is acceptable. Just stay happy positively or negatively at least it’s your life and not someone else’s.

Your exploration of self-preservation touches on such a fundamental aspect of the human experience. The way you contrast self-preservation with self-sacrifice provides an intriguing dynamic that resonates deeply, especially in the context of survival versus morality. It makes me reflect on the balance we often struggle to maintain between prioritizing ourselves and caring for others. The examples you use, whether on an individual level or in a societal context, paint a clear picture of how self-preservation isn't merely about survival—it's also about protecting our beliefs, emotions, and sense of identity. I found the philosophical and psychological perspectives particularly compelling, inviting readers to ponder not just "what" we preserve but "why" we choose to do so.
