Are People Really Constantly Changing?
Exploring the Dynamics of Human Transformation
The position that exists in life today is not the same position that existed yesterday and will not be the same position that it will be in the next few days. Days pass, years go by, one is replaced by another, flowers grow and die and so do men and women. Thus, people can be changed a lot, or let us say, transformed personally.
Hence, it is better not to raise the bar or try as they may fail you and this may lead to loss of morale.
In situations though where people do evolve, the decisions they come up with can sometimes shock one, including him or herself. These decisions it is possible to name successful if the given decision-maker is optimistic, While the pessimistic decision can result in pain both for the given individual, and those surrounding him.
The proponents of the theory state that change is a gradual state in which people don’t change abruptly; they simply lose hope, enthusiasm, and patience.
At a certain point, they learn that whether their change will be for the better or for the worse, depends solely on the attitude toward change for the entire process.
Here the authors accentuate that adverse circumstances do not necessarily lead to other terrible conditions and that good conditions do not necessarily mean other favourable conditions. A big part of it is attitude.
When dealing with other people it is important to always consider some basic tenets such as courtesy and compassion. It is usually difficult to understand all that another person has endured; it is, therefore, always wise to approach this person gently.
Without ulterior motives, initiate a friendly gesture to them, after all, if you really have a concern. If not, it’s ok to stay away, no harm in keeping some form of distance from them. Do not assume too quickly as this can be a result of different views on what is right and wrong, especially between males and females.
Thus, life requires adaptation – to other people, the climate, and all the changes that are inescapable in the course of one’s lifetime.
