People and things in the world have their time to come and go. We just need to cultivate ourselves to be our best and then wait quietly."

Age truly is a gift from another dimension. The self-healing ability you gradually gain as you grow older is your most precious wealth.

Everyone experiences moments of confusion and depression. The anxiety, pressure, and entanglement that accumulate little by little are like soldiers returning from a victory, lingering in our hearts, difficult to dissipate, and mixed with denial and doubt. At such times, I choose to cry because it's an active way of venting.

Ultimately, the only thing that can redeem you is your own hands.

There's a saying that goes: "The way to be free is to finally accept that no one loves you." I find this statement both romantic and relieving.

As I read a passage, it highlighted: "In fact, when we love someone, we love some temporary qualities in him, not the person himself. Therefore, when these temporary qualities are obscured and become commonplace, we may no longer be able to continue this love."

Looking back at the self who was once surrounded by deep love, I gently tell myself not to be too sad.

Perhaps, we should all learn how to have an everlasting love with ourselves: to care for ourselves, to grow, to experience a more colorful life, to appreciate more scenery, and to become a better self.

Just like this passage suggests: "What can really support you is a rich reserve of knowledge, a solid economic foundation, a stable emotional state, a controllable pace of life, and the self that will never be defeated.
