Inwards not Outwards

"Listen to your body, your soul, your mind"

By Cryptic EdwardsPublished 2 months ago 1 min read

Looking inward rather than outwould, look beyond what society tells you, have your own voice, your own mind, stand up to what is right.

Look beyond the veil see through the lies of what we are told, see it, feel it, listen to it.

That silence listen to it no clutter within the brain of rushing throughts in oneself brain going on over drive in panic of emotions listening to self dealt when we should be listening to the can do voice, listen, really listen to it...

Can you hear it, feel it...escape what that clutter brings you, escape that challenge of self dealt, your mind you know there is more to you than what society claims to feel and say.

Always gossiping why ?

Why are they gossiping what do you think it means?

Do we need to gossip of others lives no..

Gossiping is toxic, toxic energy that needs no ears to listen to.

NO we just need to stop listen and truely listen to our body you can do it and you can succeed in whatever it is you want to do, makes you feel content and good.

Just listen and feel what is is your soul telling you! telling your body! telling your mind go for it just go for it.

Mine is telling me to stop, to just stop and rest before the rush of it all comes again... the noise comes again, knowing now how to deal with the noise that I did not know back at the start of it all.

To just breath in and exhale in calmness around me and stillness at oneself, feeling the ground of the earth with my smooth bare feet, bringing in that grounded senestion at my feet.

On the go is good but being on the go too much will only lead oneself to crash... crash and burn through over kill on the body becoming weak, weak to do the simplest of things so sometimes it's good to stop and listen.

looking inwards rather than outwards.

This means self-awareness, respect, patience, and true love for everything and everyone. Our thirst for recognition blinds us, and we forget that others want the same thing. We walk on a path that leads nowhere, away from the light for which we were created. All it takes is to love that light in order to overcome fear.

Great advice. Sometimes we all need a reminder to listen to ourselves

That first line has such a beautiful flow! Love the rhymes. Your words sound like a spell—a hypnotic affirmation about why we have to think for ourselves. I value this so much. I've been irritable, unbalanced, and out of touch whenever I let society, ads, and everything else dictate what I should think and say. I'm so happy that you’ve figured out how to deal with the noise now. And you totally nailed getting us to feel that moment—feeling the earth under our smooth bare feet. That part is incredibly grounding. I’ve been on the go before, and I 100% crashed. I thought I was never going to get back to normal. "Looking inward rather than outwards"—thank you. I’m taking that quote with me! 🤗🖤❤️

This is such a grounding reminder to slow down and tune back into ourselves. I love the emphasis on listening to our own inner voice rather than the noise of gossip or expectations.
