The Lady of Justice
What is a good Justice plot here?
(The internet pulls up a revenge plot)
No! not a revenge plot! Justice!
These are two totally different actions to take!
Do we all smash them together as the same now?
I would like the proper restoration here.
A way for people to see what happened.
A type of payback for what is truly owed.
A usage of the emotion of anger that is useful;
Not the chaotic version of anger that brings pain.
The symbol of the woman with a scale to balance;
Her sword held in hand with hope for a system.
A system that could let me down...
Is that why so many turn to revenge instead?
Maybe the justice can be in telling my story,
Even if the system isn't for me.
How about staying away from the people who hurt me?
No access to me may just have to be justice enough.
