INVISIBLE FATE

ALWAYS BOUND

Two broken strangers that were destined to meet.

Lifetime after lifetime, their souls entwined, fate again they would attempt to defeat.

The invisible red thread tangled and stretched, yet not broken through time, a myth, a saga, a tale.

Though not seen, tied by the gods, his pinky to mine, will meet again, with-out fail.

A glance.

A gaze.

Eyes locked.

Fear grips both, neither knowing what to do.

Live both had been filled with deceit and pain,

Walls built around their hearts,

Guarding them from further stain.

Yet the stare of the stranger,

Each to the other, from, across the way,

Each heart constricting, both skipped a beat,

Simultaneous thoughts running through their minds,

whether to run or stay.

Fight or fight quickly kicked in at full pace,

As both hearts began to race.

Sweaty palms and both with flushed cheek,

Was it one another that they were meant to seek?

An unseen force tugging at the two,

A magnetic kind of pull, to destiny both will subdue.

Suddenly face to face,

In one another’s arms, a tender embrace.

Safe and secure in the arms of this stranger.

Heartbeats faster and faster.

Tummy feels like fluttering butterflies dancing in the wind.

The unbelievable unknowing, of knowing,

my life was meant to complete this stranger,

Wherever he was to go, I would blindly follow.

For the first time ever,

I knew without doubt,

In his warm embrace,

I would never be in danger.

Now just beyond our Crystal Jubilee,

I have completed him,

As he has completed me.

An invisible red thread, fate took hold on the very first night,

My prince charming, I found,

Love at first sight.
