It's okay to have some fun

Just look up at the rising sun

Some might say "act your age"

Like you're trapped in some cage

Being adult shouldn't be boring

Even when the rain is pouring

Buy yourself a new toy

Bring yourself some joy

Play a new game

There's no need to feel shame

Watch a good cartoon

And you'll feel good soon

Do it for the child you've never been

Child that would love to grin

Go on, relive your childhood

And make it better than good

You can't change your past

But you can build memories that last

No matter what they say

You should feel okay
