In The SpudBros Queue
A Terza Rima Poem About How I Had My First SpudBros Spud

Introduction
I don't do queuing out of choice; in fact, I actively avoid it. Sometimes you are forced to, but if I can get out of it, I will.
Three places I am ok with queuing are:
- Fenham Fish Bar
- The Magpie Cafe in Whitby
and now
- The SpudBros Tram in Preston Flag Market.

This uses a poetry form that Calvin London showed me: Here is the description:
A terza rima poem is an Italian form of poetry that consists of tercets that follow a chain rhyme in which the second line of each stanza rhymes with the first and last line of the subsequent stanza. It ends with a couplet rhyming with the middle line of the penultimate stanza. The pattern is ABA BCB CDC DED EE.
Each line must contain eleven syllables.
The music is "The Waiting" by Tom Petty

So Here I'm Standing On Preston Flag Market
Wondering What Spud I'm Going To Order
I'm Backed Up Against The Harris Wall, To Wait
๐ฅ
I've Been Told You Can Wait Two Hours, Oh Bother
But I Am Here Now And The Queue Is Moving
Red SpudBros Tram In My Sight, I'm A Mover
๐ฅ
People Are Being Served, Spuds They're Enjoying
Can Read The Menu, Fancy Garlic Chicken
Halfway Down The Queue, And My Spud In Coming
๐ฅ
I'm At The Tram, This Big Red Mobile Kitchen
They Give Me My Spud, Ask If I Want Tram Sauce
I Say No, And Eat This Tasty Nutrition
๐ฅ
So Did I Like It? Oh Yes, It Was Gorgeous
I 'll Queue Again To Enjoy A Spud, Of Course

I hate queueing because I hate waiting. I can blame my impatience for that, lol. Loved your poem!
My wife is a Spud lover and even though she lacks patience I have a feeling we would be in the Que. That picture of the line up says so much
