Imposter Syndrome.

A 1, 2, 3 step and violent fall

down a twisted rabbit hole of

self-doubt and

self-sabotage and

self-destruction—

every fiber of your patchwork being

screaming no, no, NO

you are not good enough—

you could never be good enough—

enough.

Write and draw and create

until your fingers bleed from

the effort of breaking open

your Soul and pouring the contents out

for all to see—

until you see a reflection

of your own gentle, kaleidoscope heart

in everything you create—

until you know, in every single galaxy

swirling within you,

that you are enough—

that you will always be enough.
