let these words spill like glitter from your mouth
honor your wild truth

Let your voice shake as the words spill like glitter from your mouth,
let your cheeks bloom as red as blood,
let the palms of your hands drip with sweat,
let your heart pound in your throat and scream in your ears,
let your careful control go and let your body burn in protest of your spilling words every step of the way—
but for gods’ sake
do not watch—
forever frozen, forever frightened—
the wheel of this wanting world turn without
bellowing from the bottom of your belly
the wild truth of who you are—
open the floodgates for the endless magic that pours
in raging rivers from your radiant Soul.
