"Exploring the Complex Terrain of Passion, Power, and Possession"
By Aranna Hasan Delwar Published 2 years ago • 1 min read

My heart has become a bonsai with your love;
He can't touch the sky if he wants to
Not being able to breathe through the branches
A volcanic eruption held in the heart in agony.
Your love is so deep
A border surrounded by barbed wire seems
Even if a little here and there
Blood must be scratched by your disbelief.
Your drone eye surveillance
And the atomic bomb of doubt
My normalcy has been taken away.
Your nuclear love has made me friendless.
Your imperial courtesies
Very tired today; lonely refugee
A skeleton's heart yearns for release
Like a caged bird fluttering.
