Illusion

Self as no-self

Sunlight radiates from my eyes

Air, cloud, and fog rise from my breath

Rain, dew, and snow condense from my sweat

My crotch forms the mountain's base

Anchored at the world's warm center

My hair gives rise to plants and flowers

Their tendrils gently brush my cheeks

The living world rests within my chest

Time flows through my veins

Each heartbeat births a new beginning

As I sit here, beginningless and endless

~~~
Suddenly, I am struck by the illusion of reality
The living universe no longer resides within me
I find myself inside a tiny, petty creature
Alienated from the rest of the world
