Idyllic lilacs and lyrics linger

Here comes the train,

through my stain glass window heart.

The rise and fall of her chest is like the give and pull of gentle ocean waves.

Idyllic lilacs and lyrics linger, lost but free.

Labyrinth of lisps and echoes seem aimless, as lost lyrics seek refuge in a love song or album.

Mellifluous notes lift with wistfulness and more wanderlust.

If she is at peace,

then we can be at peace too.

She dreams of younger years sweet,

while feeling hungry for Heaven’s daily meet and greet.

It’s far more than theory,

through my eyes that are tried and teary.
