I will not apologize for the Woman I am
A Letter to all who get both my darkness and light

I will not apologize for being unabashed to the passion that rages like a wildfire within me.. I will let her burn the f**king Forrest down around us without an ounce of regret.. Ignite that spark to my heart, and I’ll dance in it’s flames with a smile..
I’ll wear your kiss on my neck like diamonds, and your touch on my skin like a tattoo..
I will not apologize for being unhinged to the fury that screams aloud in urgency within me.. I will let her wail out the pain until my lungs give out, and turn to dust at my feet..
I’ll wear the tears you stained on my cheeks like blood on a warriors face in battle, and your lies will become the etchings in my sword..
I will not apologize for being uncontrollable to the opinions, and words of others whose voices beckon me to heed their half assed advice..
I’ll wear their heads full of heady thoughts as a crown; and I’ll hold it high, for I will not be made into anything less than the ruler of my own life..
I will not apologize for being undeniably in love with love, and all of it’s beautiful disastrous pieces..
I’ll wear it’s broken-hearted scars on my heart with pride, and it’s weight of day dreams I’ll carry in stride..
I will not apologize for this soul inside my body.. For the path I walk is not for those in question of their own worth.
